While getting the initial contact to make an appointmentwas challenging, ultimately everything went well when I brought my car in. Everyone was friendly and professional. I had to wait 20 minutes to be checked out, as there were 4 people ahead of me at the time of pick up. I did not see or meet Bao Tran, but he is the person who was able to connect me with the service dept to get the appointment (after I could not reach them by phone)

Tellurides are difficult to find right now but Luis camethrough with the exact car I wanted. When the car I originally ordered was damaged during shipment, another new Telluride with exactly the same feature was found and sent within just a couple days, and arrived on time and in perfect condition.
